CRM Solutions Architect
Syntas is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated CRM systems that serve as the operational backbone for our clients' revenue organizations. You will architect Salesforce and HubSpot solutions that go far beyond basic configuration—incorporating AI-powered automation, custom development, and deep integrations that transform how businesses manage customer relationships. This senior role combines deep CRM platform expertise with software architecture skills and client advisory capabilities. You will work with revenue leaders to understand their business processes, design systems that support their growth objectives, and guide technical implementation that delivers lasting value.
About the Role
As a CRM Solutions Architect at Syntas, you will be the trusted technical advisor for clients undertaking significant CRM initiatives. Whether it is a greenfield Salesforce implementation for a scaling startup, a complex HubSpot migration for an enterprise, or an AI-enhancement project for an existing CRM deployment, you will lead the technical vision and ensure successful delivery.
Your role spans the full lifecycle of CRM projects. In discovery, you will conduct deep-dive workshops with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their processes, pain points, and aspirations. In design, you will create comprehensive solution architectures that address current needs while building in flexibility for future growth. During implementation, you will guide development teams, make critical technical decisions, and ensure quality through code reviews and testing. Post-launch, you will optimize performance, train users, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
The AI dimension of this role is what makes it truly exciting. You will not just configure standard CRM functionality—you will integrate LLM-powered features that automate data entry, generate personalized communications, predict outcomes, and surface insights that would be impossible to derive manually. You will build custom applications on CRM platforms that leverage AI to solve problems traditional CRM features cannot address.
We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with business acumen. You should be as comfortable discussing sales methodology and pipeline metrics with a CRO as you are debugging Apex code or designing data models. The best CRM architects understand that technology serves business outcomes, and they design systems that make entire revenue teams more effective—not just technically impressive solutions that miss the mark on usability.
