Full-Stack Developer
Syntas is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build custom internal tools and applications that help our clients break free from expensive SaaS dependencies. You will design and develop bespoke software solutions—from employee portals and workflow applications to data dashboards and automation tools—that replace costly third-party subscriptions with systems clients own and control. This role is perfect for engineers who love building complete applications from database to user interface and take pride in creating software that solves real business problems. You will work across diverse projects, learning new domains quickly and delivering solutions that clients can maintain and extend long after our engagement ends.
About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer at Syntas, you will be the engineer who builds the tools companies actually need—not generic SaaS products that force businesses to adapt their processes, but custom solutions designed around how each client actually works. Every engagement starts with understanding a business problem: what are they paying for, what does it actually do for them, and can we build something better, cheaper, and more tailored to their needs?
The projects you will work on span a wide range of applications. You might build an internal CRM that fits a specific sales process without the bloat of Salesforce. You could create a project management system tailored to how a particular team actually collaborates. Or develop a custom analytics platform that surfaces exactly the metrics leadership cares about, integrated with their specific data sources. The common thread is building software that fits like a glove rather than forcing clients to wear one-size-fits-all solutions.
Technical ownership is a defining feature of this role. You will make architectural decisions, choose technology stacks appropriate for each project, and build systems from the ground up. Sometimes you will start from scratch; other times you will customize and extend open-source foundations. You will need to balance building quickly—clients want to see value fast—with building sustainably so the systems you create can be maintained long-term.
Client handoff is an important consideration in every project. Unlike typical agency work where you throw code over the wall, we want clients to successfully own and extend what we build. This means writing clean, documented code, choosing technologies that match client capabilities, creating operational runbooks, and training client teams on the systems you deliver. The measure of success is not just launch day—it is whether the system continues delivering value years later.
