Sales Automation Engineer
Syntas is looking for a Sales Automation Engineer to design and build AI-powered sales systems that transform how our clients acquire and engage customers. You will work at the intersection of sales technology, artificial intelligence, and software engineering to create automated outreach systems, intelligent lead scoring models, and seamless CRM integrations that drive measurable revenue growth. This role is ideal for engineers who understand both the technical complexity of building robust automation systems and the business dynamics of B2B sales. You will collaborate directly with sales leaders and revenue operations teams to understand their challenges, then architect and implement solutions that eliminate manual work, improve conversion rates, and scale their go-to-market efforts.
About the Role
As a Sales Automation Engineer at Syntas, you will be the technical architect behind revenue-generating systems for clients across industries. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth, sales efficiency, and ultimately the bottom line of the businesses we serve. This is not about building generic tools—it is about understanding each client's unique sales motion and engineering custom solutions that fit their specific needs.
You will spend your days building intelligent outbound systems that identify ideal prospects, craft personalized messaging at scale, and engage leads through multi-channel sequences. You will create inbound automation that qualifies leads in real-time, routes them to the right sales reps, and ensures no opportunity falls through the cracks. You will integrate AI capabilities into existing CRM platforms to surface insights, automate data entry, and predict deal outcomes.
The variety in this role is exceptional. One engagement might have you building a custom prospecting engine that scrapes and enriches company data, scores leads using ML models, and triggers personalized email sequences. The next might focus on implementing conversational AI that handles initial sales inquiries, books meetings, and hands off qualified leads to human reps. You will become an expert in the full spectrum of sales technology while honing your ability to deliver business impact.
We value engineers who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and business outcomes. You should be comfortable presenting to VP-level stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language, and measuring success in terms of revenue metrics rather than just code quality. If you are excited about using technology to solve real business problems and want to see the direct impact of your work, this role offers that opportunity every day.
